What it doesn't cover
- Trip-by-trip logbook. Rydealog records miles per shift and works out HMRC's simplified mileage deduction, but it does not log each journey's start, end and purpose or detect trips automatically. If you want that, use a dedicated logbook alongside it; see our roundup.
- Route planning. We don't reorder your stops.
- Android. iPhone only for now, and UK only.

FAQ
Can one app replace my mileage, gate-code, van-check and earnings apps?
Mostly, for the day-to-day jobs. Rydealog keeps gate codes, stop tips, van-check and delivery photos filed by shift, hours and miles per shift with HMRC's simplified mileage deduction worked out (Pro), and your pay and costs. It does not plan or reorder routes, and it records miles per shift rather than trip by trip, so keep a dedicated logbook alongside it if you want automatic trip detection.
What is free in Rydealog?
Free to download. Booking shifts, live hours and miles, shift history, gate codes, the parking timer and 5 delivery tip searches are free.
What does Rydealog Pro add?
Pro is £6.99 a month or £59.99 a year. It unlocks unlimited delivery tips, mileage pay check, tax and mileage exports, earnings and costs, and van check and proof-of-delivery history.
Is Rydealog on Android?
Not yet. Rydealog is iPhone only and UK only.
